The defaults below are meant to provide you with smarter calculations on your inventory reports. You can enter as many or as few extra statuses as you need.
|Available||This status indicates which of your inventories are available for sale.|
|Firm|| This status indicates an inventory that has a contract that has passed the firm date.
|Completed||This status indicates an inventory that has a contract that has passed the completion date.|
|Offer||This status indicates an inventory that has a contract, but has not passed the firm date.|
You can name these statuses anything you like, but keep in mind that the value should match the description as that is how Spark will interpret the data on reports. For example, you could switch the names of the "Firm" and "Available" statuses, and all of your inventory with the "Available" name would still generate as "Inventory Sold" on the report.
Note that if you are using contracts in Spark, the 'Firm', 'Offer', and 'Completed' statuses will be applied automatically in reference to the firm and completion dates.
